Background
Jennifer began her career in customer service and underwriting roles with AT&T Wireless and Prudential Financial. These early years developed her discipline for documentation, risk assessment, and human communication—skills that would later become foundational to her entrepreneurial work.
Her legal career began in Washington State, where she served as a Paralegal in multiple divisions of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, including Complex Litigation, the Tort Appellate Program, the Early Resolution Program, and the Sexually Violent Predators Unit. Her work required precision, ethical judgment, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-stakes caseloads.
She later transitioned into the mortgage industry, serving as a Compliance Officer, Settlement Negotiator, and Operations Manager at eBuilt Home Loans. There, she strengthened her ability to build processes, manage teams, write policies, and develop efficient operational systems—all skills that directly fed into her first startup.
Jennifer founded Prestige Notaries in 2015 (now Prestige Companies Inc.), followed by NotaryDash, Inc. in 2017, building a national reputation for reliability, customer service, and operational excellence. The NotaryDash platform—originally built to streamline mobile notary scheduling—has grown far beyond its early vision and is now utilized by more than 7,500 professionals and over 215,000 notaries nationwide . Today, the network exceeds 295,000 notaries and field agents.
Her additional businesses—including a trucking company, a roadside service company, a mobile detailing service, and a home-check pilot program—reflect her wide range of interests and her instinct to build practical, community-rooted companies that solve everyday problems.

Family is the steady pulse behind Jennifer’s ambition. She shares her life with the love of her life, her partner in every sense—emotionally, spiritually, and in the day-to-day rhythm of building something meaningful together. They are a bi-racial family, something that brings both pride and perspective, shaping the way they see the world and the values they pass down.
Jennifer is a devoted mother to a young son and a grown daughter. Both remind her of the responsibility and privilege of building a life anchored in legacy, character, and faith. Her mother also plays a central role in their family, adding depth, continuity, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from a life well-lived.
Faith is the quiet backbone of their home. Jennifer’s love and awe of God guides her decisions, keeps her grounded through every season, and reminds her that purpose is bigger than business.
Outside of work, their family loves to explore. They travel whenever they can, chasing new places and new experiences. They spend time outdoors—riding ATVs, taking their RV out for long weekends, and soaking up the kind of peace that only comes from fresh air, open trails, and unhurried days.
The house is rounded out by a small pack of opinionated dogs who keep everyone laughing and on their toes.
